part of the scene

Morning routine to the rhythm of Will Young. Evocative. Quite right. Being a part of the scene... It's time for tea again.

Please meet the director of the video Henry Scholfield. The video won The UK Music Video Award 2012.

orange cup

Morning tea and overcoming the obstacles of Tuesday. Here's a perfect remedy for that: Paula and Karol and a piece of a soothing animation. Good. Vibes. Good. Day.

Holi colours | Swedish pop

Slick pop comes surprisingly always from Sweden. The feast of colours comes from India. Noonie Bao together with Mats Udd embrace both in a very easy kind of way. And again: cheerful tune, bitter lyrics. Such blends work always best.

divine language

I don't know much about God. But I know that music is divine, so perhaps it just might be His langauge as Nelly says. In fact I had such a feeling during Bobby McFerrin's concert.

no place for hiatus

There is absolutely no place for any kind of hiatus these days. No breaks, no pausing. That's the only hiatus I can afford :) Beautiful and good. Night.

a good beat & 4 am sunrise

Hmmm... I am dangerously in kind of an electro mood... and I guess positively heading towards summer light with a good beat. Beat Connection.

oh yeah, it's a sunny day!

LCMDF - Future Me OFFICIAL VIDEO from LCMDF on Vimeo.

Snow depth below 7 cm. It dropped suddenly during last two weeks from the simply vulgar and outrageous 57 cm snowdrifts! Biking, dusting off my sunglasses, breathing in. Yeah, yeah, it's a sunny day! Emma and Mia, two sisters from Helsinki, hiding behind the name Le Corps Mince de Françoise, make it feel so much more than ok. Releasing their works under the Heavenly Recordings label, LCMDF is scandinavian to the bone in its good pop sense. Well, it's no too slick. It's dusty enough without causing asthmatic reactions. And it's delightfully vapoury as their video (great work of Philipp Kässbohrer). So she says: good, weird songs should be appreciated. Who? Emma! She says it so right! I appreciate it a lot!
