I admit I do feel a bit like a postman these days distributing some good vibes postcards. Quite a hectic job. Mélissa Laveaux sets the rhythm to these moments. Her Dying Is A Wild Night (title inspired by Emily Dickinson) will be out February 25 via No Format Records. More than good. More than good. To be watched and listened to. On repeat.

hopeful to see them now

"We find our inspiration in old movies, late-night biking trips, second-hand shops, picnics and love." All of which are simply perfect reasons to be a perfect band. I should say I am really looking forward to midnight biking again as much as I am looking forward to Paperfang's debut album that will be released this year by Soliti. I am hopeful to see it.

The best things are those unexpected. And when I think about all the concerts of this year, the most memorable, with the smallest yet the most devoted audience, in the coldest yet the cosiest venue and a good friend by my side paying an unexpected visit, was the one of Café de Abejas: a band to watch in 2013. Witty and sharp. Let's be faithful to them, in a real way.
